Meri delivery c-section se hui thi. delivery ko 2 month ho chuke hai. but mere back mein pain h bht jada m jada km krlu tab dard hota h feed krne mai b dard hota hai. any solution

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. first of all you are supposed to be resting until at least 8 weeks after giving birth through a Caesarean and bad posture and over work can aggravate the backache so try to lessen the work and use pillows to support your back while sleeping and sitting

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy3 years agoA. hi dear mom...u need proper rest...it takes approx 6 months to completely recover room c sec surgery....because I'd lack of rest you are facing health issues..please consult your doctor for proper diagnosis
