Hi Dr I want to loss weight I'm 90kgs now 26yrs nd 5.6height I need a diet plan to lose weight plz help me

A. Hello mom you have to take a balance of physical exercise and diet - for the initial period just first avoid sugary , processed and refined foods , be mindful of what you consume , keep yourself hydrated, and get your self involved in some form of physical exercise such as yoga or dance workout , brisk walking etc for atleast 30 to 45 mins daily
