#asktheexpert I need a diet plan for weight loss as m not able to do excercize regularly

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods can contact dietician for details diet plan.

A. If You are not able to exercise regularly then you can go ahead with taking a dieting from a dietician and then you can go ahead with intermittent fasting for about 12 to 16 hours that will help in better weight loss if you cannot do exercising on regular basis
