Hi doctor, We have not started giving water to our 6 month old twin girls yet. They were having only Naan Excella pro as mother did not have sufficient milk from the beginning. When should we start giving water?

A. you may start. From 6 months onwards, you can give your baby small amounts of water, if needed, in addition to their breastmilk or formula milk. all the best
