Hi Doctor, My son is 4 months 20 days old. can I go start with solid food like apple puree. Actually his mother has to go for dental extraction which is pending for long time.

A. hello. at this,ageits not adviced to start topfeeding,its not safe at all. better to opt formula milk for your baby in this situation. all the very best.

A. Hello Doctor,I am Ananthlakshmi. I have 10 months old baby boy from past 2 days he his suffering from fever I using paracetamol Oral Solution 100mg but fever is going and coming and some people saying that only paracetamol won't work with that we have to use anti-biotic with paracetamol then only fever will gone so is it okay to use anti-biotic multiple times? because I heard that using antibiotic is not good. kindly provide me the advice.
