Q.

My son is 7 month & 20 days old. I m giving formula milk & started some solid food like khichdi, apple Puree. from when I can start home made cerelac?

A. you czn guve him home made cerelac. no worries. give 2 meals and 1 snack a day and breast feeding or formula feeding on demand. all the very best
