#asktheexpert hi my baby is 7 months old...we are giving her formula milk and started with solids like banana puree,apple puree,ragi,ceralac,khichdi etc.i want to ask how many times shud we give her milk and how many times solids ???

Still milk is the highly nutrients food. Try to feed 3-4 times during the day. And night feeds on demand. Give warm milk before sleep that will make them have a good sleep
