Hello My baby is 5 months 7 days old can i start giving him a solid food like apple puree or oats cerelac ??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. Dear parent, you should not give any solid foods to your baby now. You should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. Breast milk is nature’s complete food for baby till 6 months.
