hi doctor.my daughter sometimes cries a lot during night time for 10to15 minutes. We don't know why she is crying. after half an hour of crying she sleeps well. she is active throughout the day. can you please suggest me , we the reasons for her crying

A. Hello good morning !! Yes the toddlers cry in the middle of sleep mostly due to fear or disturbed sleep,bad dreams makes them anxious. Consoling them,gentle patting and asking if it is ok now ,giving water and settling them will work. Due to pain or hunger after giving feed,water,diaper change they will be fine.
