Hi Doctor.. My baby is of 3months old. Nowadays she started sleeping more than 3 to 4 hours in a day tym.. Plz tell me if i need to wake her up every 2hrs to feed her.

A. hi if your child weighs enough , looks happy and active, passes urine at least 7 or 8 times in a day then no need to wake up. no need to worry about it much.
