Okay so first I must clarify on this part that the hair growth of the child is based on the genetic so maybe either of the parent have a little light hair so I cannot assure you whether it is going or not but you can definitely give it a shot where you can take 1/4 portion of castor oil mixed with one portion of almond oil and apply that regularly and shampoo as of now I would advise you to Babyhug
