Hi Doctor, could you please help me out regarding lactation as I the production of milk is very limited to feed my baby

A. thank you so much Pooja , one left side bread doesn't produce milk it's like a minimal se kam drop comes. any solution for this?

A. To increase breastmilk supply,include foods like oatmeal, fenugreek, chrome seeds, cumin, broccoli, eggs, legumes, avocado, brown rice, pasta, fennel seeds, dry fruits and milk. Latch the baby frequently as supply largely depends on the demand. While nursing, keep massaging the breasts to stimulate milk secretion.
