Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. Hello dear parent! The more your baby suckles your breastmilk directly the better milk supply. Consult a lactation specialist to assist you further. Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet
