Q.

Hello sir Its been more than 2 months, i have issues regarding milk production....earlier lactation is not enough to feed the baby and now it is completely ceased....what should i do to deal with this issue...i want my baby to have my milk....

A. hi parent ym you are a mum of 2 months old child, I understand your situation, the main hinderback factor for inadequate lactation is stress and inadequate hydration of urself... try to correct this followed by appropriate latching position which can be dealt by lactation consultant..

A. good evening I would recommend you to have some supplement like Himalaya shatavari you can have it along with milk twice in a day this will definitely help to boost the milk supply in your body and make it sufficient for the baby
