Hi doc, my daughter is 2 yrs old and her skin is too dry and even coconut oil and Cetaphil lotion also not helping. can anyone suggest good lotion for cool climate.

A. use Vaseline pure petroleum jelly. do massage with olive oil or almond oil. Implement a daily bathing and moisturizing routine to protect skin and lock in moisture.. all the best
