my 2.5yr old daughter got rashes around her neck. it's red and itchy. I am just using calamine lotion and coconut oil. but skin got very dry and very itchy. what can I apply and how I can avoid it. I use Cetaphil products.

A. Calamine lotion would be one of the best options despite of trying everything with nothing is helping you then you can use other products also that you mention but I would recommend you to consult a skin specialist regarding the same
