hi can we eat lactation cookies during breastfeeding. or those are just for advertising. will those be helpful for milk supply.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl2 years agoA. No a lot of mothers are very satisfied with these cookies and they have produced decent amount of milk for the child so you can have them and if you do not want to have them you always have an option of taking Shatavari power that’s also beneficial
