hello which fish I can eat as I do breastfeeding and my son is three months 13 days old.. please can someone name those fish which I can eat and which are good for my son's health.

I suggest you please consult with your gynacologist about this matter because physical examination is important for proper diagnosis and treatment
please follow your gynacologist instructions very carefully
please take well balance diet with adequate quantity of water and sleep well
