hi am lactation mother, is taking calcium and folic acid tablet is mandatory after delivery, because after delivery my heels are paining too much, what to do? please suggest thank you in advance

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. okay no problem you can use vh sfor further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
