Q.
Hi 27 month old son has running nose since last 4 days and heavy cough since yesterday. Gave him hot oil massage and Allegra. But nothing seems to work. What should we do?

give steam inhalation 3 to 4 times a day.
give half tsf of syp septilin 3 times a day.
