Hey again and again my girl having shardi yr She is sneezing and khaas bhi rhi h thoda bhut 4 days hogaye h medicine k bhi Why she is having cold again and again what thing am doing wrong she is 4 month old and after completing 1 month she is having cold in every month

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy1 Year agoA. for nasal blockage as well as cough and cold you can give nasal saline drops of any brand and it can be given again and again that is can be repeated every three hourly.
it is salt water so does not have any side effects. can give indirect steam inhalation .z
anti-cold medicines at this age have got side effects so can be given only after medical consultation.
continue regular diet of the child to keep the child well hydrated and try to prevent temperature variations around the child x
