helo doctor I am taking 250mg ashwagandha since 2 months twice daily. how long I can ashwagandha? is there any time of period or any side effects of herb? right now I am feeling good

my husband taking 250mg ashwagandha twice daily since 2 months. he had a condition of sarcodysis but after taking ashwagandha neem gily Tulsi he is having no health issues now and he is completely fine.
how long he can take ashwagandha? is there any side effects and how long it it safe to take?

Okay so for what purpose are you taking it what is the situation have you taken an advice with the doctor or not without having proper knowledge I will not be able to give you correct assistance but if you’re feeling good with it then that’s good for you can check with your doctor regarding that
