#AskTheExpert My bay is 3.5 months old. I am taking 2 ashwagandha tablets daily, one in the morning and one at night from last one month. Is it okay to use the tablets. I was given lactare tablets before to increase milk production. Even those tablets contains ashwagandha. I had stopped taking lactare tablets after one month and now taking only ashwagandha tablet.

A. Hi mom If ur breast milk is fine now, u are getting sufficient feed back then yes u can have ashwagndha. There is no problem in that. The more u feed the more milk production will be there. Take care
