hello.... we are in norway now. it's so cold place but my son not ready wear warm cloth. what should i do for that

If It is such a cold place and I am sure you must be having a heater into your home that because central heating is there into all these places so you put on the heater that’s what you can do as of now because if the child is not wearing any good as that’s the only option that you are left with as of now
