Q.

Hello.. Today morning suddenly my baby's soft spot look like it's slightly bulged... last night it was not like that it look normal but today I feel it is raised.. does anyone feel like it's bulging... I've attached the pics for reference... 3 days back he got his PCV2 vaccine n had light fever for which I gave him dolo drops once and today morning he's having high fever... is it because of the bulging soft spot?? or coz of the vaccine?? pls help I'm worried.

A. A tense or bulging fontanelle occurs when fluid builds up in the brain or the brain swells, causing increased pressure inside the skull. When the infant is crying, lying down, or vomiting, the fontanelles may look like they are bulging.
