Hello sir My son is 7 month old. And day by day is becoming weak because of constipation and cold. Plz advice for them

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl4 years agoA. constipation in children is quite common and can be corrected by diet changes . Give plenty of water and other fluids like buttermilk juice to baby .
Include fibre rich food items like fruits papaya , banana and green leafy vegetables spinach, carrot in baby diet .
Can use glycerine suppository for immediate relief from hard stools .so can do s
