A. Hello Include protein rich foods like milk, egg, paneer, fish, pulses, soya chunks curd Try to add fruits, green vegetables, nuts like almonds, walnuts, cashews daily . Avoid junk, fried, sweet, sugary foods.

A. Hi parent Take sunbathing daily w don't use demineralized water use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take more probiotics , millets and seasonal fruits take supplements as suggested by doctor
