my son 7 year old. but his growth is being stopped and he is weak by health. please advice.

A. hi mom try to give good proteins and calories milkshakes lassi sheera paneer parathas egg or chicken or paneer rice add nuts powder in milk soft parathas dipped in dals mix vegetables dal khichdi with ghee paneer besan chilla poha upma idli vada sambhar seviya kheer
