Hello sir my son is 14 month's old and he has 4 upper tooth and 3 lower tooth, but now the upper tooth is broke little from side by its own.some white patch will be seen on the tooth then it will start to break. is there any treatment for that and why its happening..

A. Hi this condition of your kid's milk teeth could be due to lack of proper oral hygiene. maintain a habit of brushing your kid's teeth twice daily.. consult with your nearest Pediatric dentist for proper examination

A. thank u but i used to brush his teeth daily sometimes 3 times a day but still its happening...
