my kids upper tooth broke 3 months ago. new teeth did not come yet. he is 6 yes old

A. hello ma'am do not worry about this as right age for coming of permanent front teeth in kids 6 to 7 years you can wait for 2-3 months more if it does not eruptr then you can visit a dentist once
