Hello sir my questions is my baby 5 month completed but daily 3 motion passed like water

A. Teething and also stomach infection both the things can be commonly seen in this age and that can be a very big reason behind loose motion so please check with your doctor and if required get a stool test done for better understanding and treatment for the same
