hello sir.my duaghter is 4 month 20 days old but she is weak and lean only 6.3 kgs .i am worried about her what to do?

A. It’s a healthy weight gain I would just say just check as per the birth weight of the child if your child is gaining approximately half a KG on the minimum side every month which is going to indicate that your child is having sufficient amount of weight gain as per the current age and are the growth of the child
