My son is 3 and a half years old and weighs only 12 kgs. He is a super active child but is very lean and weak.... please suggest me how to increase his weight and make him healthy.

A. You can banana, avocado, potatoes, sweet potatoes, peas, Give milk frequently. Give dals, pulses, dairy products like panner, curd, eggs and nuts or nuts powder mixed Ith milk every day. Gvie it regularly or everyday as all are healthy and good for weight gain
