Hello sir/mam, I am Meghana, mother of two. I'm 33 years old. l recently undergone c section. So, please suggest me when to start exercising

A. start exercising after 6 mnths if c section delivery... strt with brisk walking. some yoga.. low intense exercises.. then gradually increase the intensity of exercises... take care...
