Hello Sir/Madam, I'm 6months 15 days breastfeeding mother, i had c section, please let me know some effective abdominal/tummy belt, I have pain during walking. kindly advice. Thanks.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. If you experience pain during walking in stitches area then avoid wearing a belt as it will build more pressure and keep it light and walk as per stamina and take good rest and you can check flamingo brand
