hi, will an abdominal belt help in reduction of belly fat, if I start wearing it 6months after c section delivery.

A. wear abdominal belt for tightening loose abdomen belly. eat low calorie diet. reduce your sugar and fat intake. walk for half an hour daily. replace your regular tea with green tea
