hello sir, can i give Maxtra P syrup to my 9 months old baby for cold nd fever? how much dose should be given?

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Cold is a viral illness and symptoms could be sneezing, running nose, cough sore throat, nasal congestion and fever. Treatment consists of antihistamines antipyretics analgesics and decongestants . steam inhalation would be beneficial . Medicines like sinarest/wikoryl / Alex cold can be given in a gproper dose according to the weight for 3-5 days as per the symptoms .
