ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician4 years agoA. hello parent your kids 18 months old, maxtra p syrup is usually given for the children suffering with cold it's better to give the child plain oral paracetamol syp for fever to avoid side effects of sedation seen with maxtra p
