Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 6 yr 3 m old girl5 years agoA. this is not possible. wait till 6 mnths Weight gain in pregnancy is to be shed after you are 6 weeksto 6 mnths if c section post delivery. Only after your gynac says to do this is safe. Take help of a nutrition expert to know best nutrition diet .
