hello my daughter is 1 month 52 days old and I'm feeding her,I want to say that i want to lose my weight and someone recommend me NUTRICHARGE RCM WOMAN TABLETS so i want to ask some expert doctors that if i will take that tablet there will any side effects of me and my daughter or it will fine?

coming back to pre pregnancy weight will take some time do not worry
concentrate on having a healthy diet as nutrient requirements of a breastfeeding mother are high
avoid high fat, sugar and salt containing foods and beverages and processed packaged foods
