Hello .. my baby is one and half year old and uska last 4 months se bilkul weight gain ni ho rha... 9.8-10 kg pe hi tika h... any vegetarian diet for him ..

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. If you only want to go vegetarian diet then go for proteins vegetarian protein along with that also I would recommend you good amount of dairy products as well as that’s going to be definitely very important for overall weight gain
