hello, my baby is 4 month complete or use masude fulane lage hai, wo kafi chidchidi ho rahi hai, please suggest masudo ke liye kya kare.

Hello ma’am Seems like your child is having its teeth early which is why all these things are happening so start Cleaning the gums with a soft gentle cloth give teeth to the child and also I would like to tell you start with calcareous PHOS to your child three tablet three times in a day as it helps in easy teething
