Hello , my baby is 2 months 12 days old and he was having blood in stool so we did reports and found that i has occult blood +ve and reducing substance is positive 3+ and diagnosed as he is having lactose intolerance due to prolonged diarrhoea and doctor told to continue breastfeeding and give enterogermenia for 5 days so what should i do ?? Should i continue to breastfeed or should i take him to formula for few days and how many days will it take to come back to normal ?
