hello, my baby is 12 months old and today I saw red pimple like things on his face, legs n lower abdomen..what can be it's reason n what should I do

Dermocalm lotion is an anti itching formulation to treat mild itching conditions such as sunburn, eczema, rashes, poison ivy, Chickenpox, insect bites and stings. It contains Calamine and light liquid paraffin. Light liquid paraffin is used as emollient to prevent dryness of the skin.
