hello my baby 6 month complete I have give Moog daal Pani & boil apple cerelac plz tell me which salt is best my baby that time I give taja salt..plz tell us

A. Hi mom Salt sugar jaggery honey is not recommended for the babies below one year. U can introduce all these once ur baby completes one year. Till then give plain food to ur baby. Take care and all the best
