hello my baby 11 month old had fungal infection doctor suggested ketoconizol 2% lotion after applying skin became rough is it normal

A. Once the infection is healed ask your doctor what cream can you apply to smooth the skin again sometimes it happens that the product that those have been recommended can lead to little bit of dryness in the skin then you can apply any cream or lotion as per Dr suggestion to make it proper over the period
