Hello.. My 13month old baby got rashes in the folds of the thighs, its deep red colour.. u consulted the pediatrician before itself they suggested B4 nappy cream, I'm applying it regularly, letting him without diaper and maintaining hygiene as well.. but it's not fading, getting severe day by day.. kindly help me out !!

A. if it is not reducing at all you must let the pediatrician know that the cream is not working at all. in the meantime try applying coconut oil regularly. also after bath wipe that area with a soft cloth. usually a lot of sweat or water retains in this area. when its constantly wet it doesn't help heal the rashes.
