hello mere baby 24 days ka hai uske neck or ear par ye go gya hai samj nhi aa rha kya hai something allergy hai... please help

It Look more like an allergy rash only you get a check with your doctor ones because without proper assessment we cannot figure out as to what exactly is the reason behind it and once you get it checked you lower the reason according to the treatment and medication can be suggested
