Kamar mein Dard pregnancy mein weight gain ki wajah se hai. Aap back pe oil se massage kre aur hot water bottle ka sek le.. Isse aaram milega.
Stomach pe coconut oil lgaye. Isse chubhan hai wo theek ho jayegi.
