hello Mam, I had my c section in july now my tummy is bit down how can tighten it. although I didn't get fat during pregnancy still the baby carrying area got bit lower. it looks odd now. I what can I do

A. There are other toning exercises which need to be done so that it will tighten the skin. Could also be tummy fat so you need to start working out and also to portion controlWrite Your Answer Here
